First aluminum has good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity. The thermal conductivity of patterned aluminum plates such as high-purity aluminum fully annealed at 0~27°C is 2.367W/(CM·K); the electrical resistivity of ultra-pure aluminum (99.990%) at 20°C 2.6548×10-8 Ω·m is 64.94% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard). The combination of aluminum's good electrical conductivity and low density makes it a good long-distance power transmission conductor. In computers and many electronic devices, there are some aluminum components, each of which plays an indispensable role. Among them, the heat dissipation components utilize the good thermal conductivity and low density of aluminum.
Second aluminum has super anti-corrosion performance. There is a layer of aluminum oxide film on the surface of aluminum disc and aluminum alloy. This is a natural oxide film formed with oxygen in the air. The limit thickness of this film formed at room temperature is 2.5 ~3.0nm25~30A). This film is not only surprisingly thin, but also extremely dense, impermeable to oxygen, and is firmly bonded to the aluminum circle, so that the aluminum disc will no longer be corroded, that is, it will not be oxidized again. So more than 95% recycled aluminum can be obtained after treatment and remelting. Although stainless steel does not corrode in the process of use, the burning loss is much greater than that of aluminum.
Third it integrates cleanliness, hygiene, beauty and isolation. The cleanliness and hygiene of aluminum discs make it an excellent packaging material for food, beverages, medicines and alcohol. It also has very good printability and can be printed with various patterns, colors and patterns.
Finally the aluminum is the most energy-saving and recyclable. Due to the strong corrosion resistance, even after decades or even hundreds of years, they are still intact and will not corrode, such as doors, windows, bridges, etc. After scrap recycling treatment and smelting, more than 95% recycled aluminum can be obtained, which is higher than any other engineering materials.
